About this project
Hudsonville Ice Cream prides itself in making the best ice cream. They believe that “eating ice cream is an experience that creates memories” and they needed a website that would deliver an identically rich experience. Having worked with us before, Hudsonville Ice Cream was confident that they could rely on us to build a new site that could help them grow their business, and reach their enthusiastic fans.
Blue Sky Session worked with Hudsonville throughout the process starting with concept designs with their internal team, and then working with an external design team they selected to produce the new design that would deliver an unforgettable user experience. We then took the design and made it a reality by implementing it on the WordPress content management system (CMS), which makes it easy for Hudsonville’s staff to make changes to the site.
The new site also features advanced Facebook connectivity, several ways to get in touch with Hudsonville, and a ‘scoop locator’ that lets users find the nearest store or parlor where they can buy Hudsonville Ice Cream.
